LEGALITIES IN SANTORINI

Choose your country to see all appropriate documents for your wedding in Santorini
Please contact us to check the exact dates you have to be on the island in order to register your marriage.

Apostille is different in each country. Some countries have it as a stamp on the document whilst others as a separate sheet, together with your original document.
All the translations must be done by your local Greek Embassy or Consulate or official translators who are affiliated with the Greek Embassy or Consulate. Please contact us to provide you with the service of translation from English into Greek in Santorini for an extra payment. It must be done in advance.
All the original documents you will provide to us for your wedding will be kept in your marriage file at the Town Hall. If you need the originals of your Birth Certificates you need to get certified copies.
The documents must be issued no more than 3 months prior to the wedding.
Your Marriage Certificate will be issued in about one month and it will be in the Greek language. We will send it to you by courier as soon as it is issued.
Please contact us for more information.
